1979 Food Truck is based out of Garden City, Kansas but seems to travel quite a bit. I actually ran into this truck a couple of times this summer including at a fair.
When I stopped by I ordered the Chicken Salad Melt with Potato Salad. I thought the sandwich was pretty, pretty, pretty good. Made for a good meal on a hot summer day. I’ve seen this truck at Hidden Trail Brewing in Garden City before, but don’t quote me. Actually, quote me. I don’t care.
