Alright. I’ll fess up. Yes…I was chosen to be a…how did they say it? An “esteemed judge” or something like that…for this year’s 6th annual ICT Picklefest. It is on Saturday, June 1st and put on and located at Blood Orchards and Blood Orchard Brewing Co. at 6346 S. Broadway Ave. in Wichita, Kansas.
Tons of pickles, food items made with or around pickles, a pickle eating contest, and a pickle beer from Blood Orchard Brewing. And most importantly…an expert gastronomist (me) there being judgy about pickle dishes. PS…there will be other judges there that are far superior to me.
