What a whirlwind it had been. One minute you’re making Hollywood action films and the next you’re being recognized by the most elite food council in the world. So unbelievable, it’s gotta be true.
As I stuffed my face with the Bratwurst Teller and the Brotzeit Teller at Prost in Revolutsia in Wichita, Kansas (on Central Ave. west of Central & Hillside), I couldn’t help but think of those days I was recognized world-wide. Those were the days. But I guess these are now the days.

RESTAURANT NOTES: Prost is definitely a unique spot. Not a lot of German spots in Wichita. And the product (the food) and the service are always excellent.
