Well, it’s gonna be a real hot son of a gun in Gastroland folks.
And what better way to beat the heat than a nice Stone Pho at Ooo LaLa STONE PHO in Wichita, Kansas? This thing comes out boiling hot (literally in boiling water) and will make you temporarily forget it’s hot AF outside. So hot you’ll cook raw meat in the water that comes out. Kind of like frying an egg on the hood of your car.
ON A SERIOUS NOTE — this is one of the better phos I have had in awhile. I really hope you put this place on your list. I was the only customer during lunch recently and though this particular pho (or any pho) may not be in the cards for you today, consider going sometime soon. There are many other items on the menu and I have the menu in the photos like I always do because I’m not a schmuck.
The Stone Pho comes with Steak Rib, Steak, Brisket, Tendon and Beef Meatball. It had SO much flavor.
