Checked into the Margaritaville Lake Resort Lake of the Ozarks. I’ve never been. I don’t know if there is a The Missouri Gastronomist. I don’t think so — but if so maybe I’ll run into him/her?
It’s a pretty cool “Ville”. It has multiple pools, shops, restaurants, bars and other spots along the lake, including Landshark Bar & Grill where I got some shrimp tacos. I hate to admit it, but they make some decent shrimp tacos. The chips and salsa that come with it aren’t anything to write about, so I won’t.
