I was hesitant to order the Bombay Chicken Noodle from Red 8 Fusa Chill.
Even doing this as much as I and the other bloggers do, sometimes you want to go with what is “the thing” that everybody orders. Because here is what happens. You try and do a dish that people don’t get and if it isn’t good and you blog about it, a bunch of people are like “well you idiot, you should have got ‘x’” to which I say silently “no s*** Sherlock.”
But occasionally you try something you don’t hear much about and you get a real winner.
The Bombay Chicken Noodle comes with Grilled Chicken, egg noodles, mushrooms and onions in a yellow curry sauce. And I’m truly obsessed. I 100% loved it. This is definitely a dish I recommend and definitely will go back for. Like it will be hard for me going forward to NOT order it.
There is just a HINT of a kick. Very slight. Not much. It should not be an issue for anyone.
Fusa is located at 303 S. Greenwich Rd. which is just north of Kellogg on Greenwich (west side of the street). They do have a drive-through and a ton of food options. So next time you need quick food, give them a try.

P.S. The “Red 8” in the name is the name of the owner’s mother’s restaurant in China when translated from Manderin to English. I told that story in a prior review around 1 1/2 yrs ago.
