One of my guilty pleasures is Fuzzy’s Taco Shop.
It’s obviously not authentic Mexican food. I don’t even know if you’d call it Mexican food. I guess I’d just call it “Fuzzy’s food.”
I swung by the location on Rock Rd. in Wichita, Kansas at 306 N. Rock Rd. recently and picked up The Grilled Plate with Chicken and sides of refried beans and Latin fried potatoes. I also ordered the Shredded Brisket Nachos.
I wasn’t a huge fan of the Grilled Plate. I thought the chicken was average and the peppers needed cooked a bit more. But it was fine. As far as the Nachos, those were and are always excellent.
There’s several/many items I like at Fuzzy’s including the Ground Beef Burrito, the Shredded Chicken Burrito Bowl, the Shredded Brisket Taco and the Chorizo Egg and Cheese burrito. All of these I have blogged about and raved about. So, don’t go whining about me saying I wasn’t a huge fan of the Grilled Plate. Get a life.
