Continuing on with my promise to hit every restaurant that participated in Kansas Food Bank’s ICT Restaurant Week (which ended last week) I stopped by Meddys. The purpose of me stopping by all the spots is that I think each restaurant deserves a shout-out from me for doing their part to feed those that need help.
My favorite dish at Meddys is their bowls. I’ve tried many other items over the years too. But the bowl is what does it for me. This is the Big Bowl with chicken — half rice, half vegetables. And of course the awesome potatoes. I’m a big fan.
