The BB Tacos in Johnson City, Kansas at Yoyas Restaurant are pretty dang good. It’s bacon and bisteka (that’s the “BB”) along with onion, jalepeno, cheese and cilantro.
This was my second visit to Yoyas. My first visit was all the way back in 2022 and they had a buffet. I’m not sure if they still do a buffet — it was not there when I visited this time.
I definitely recommend these tacos if you happen to be in the area, which is around 22 miles east of the Colorado border.
