I never gave a proper “shout-out” to Juniper Clay Canning Company based out of the Wichita,Kansas area. I stopped and visited their booth when I was at Orie’s Garlic Festival.
These folks do honey (it’s a honey company) and they do it “big style.” Way too many bees for me to deal with. But the product is fantastic. When I stopped by this time, I ordered the Zesty Lemon Garlic Balm Honey Water. It was incredible and don’t take just my word for it — all of my friends said the same thing. I know. You thought I didn’t have any.
Juniper is always at the Kansas Grown Farmers Market.
