Whenever I’m in western Kansas and want to grill out, I try to swing by Wholly Cow Market. They sell tons of their own beef off their ranch in Stanton County, Kansas.
Recently I picked up some ground beef, along with bratwursts. All of their beef is grass fed and grass finished. I definitely put Wholly Cow up there on places you should check out. I’ve blogged about them several times. They have a full restaurant and products like these you can buy and grill up at home. It’s located on Main Street in Johnson City, Kansas.
Also, they ship for those of you that can’t or won’t make it to Stanton County, Kansas. I’ll put the link to the website in the comments.
