I love some smoked salmon and grass-fed beef patties. My buddy that raises cattle and likes to fish hooked me up.
Seriously, so good.
As I grow older, I have come to realize there are not a ton of people that appreciate smoked fish. I don’t get it. And also, that there are some that do not like grass-fed beef. They only like grain fed-beef. I like both.
