I swung by The Hill Bar & Grill in Wichita,Kansas located at Oliver & Douglas and checked out the Quinoa Salad.
It came with quinoa, tomatoes, onions, almonds, and cucumbers with a red wine oregano vinaigrette. It’s been years since I had it, but it was just as good as I remembered.
I also ordered the Loaded Tots and the Mozzarella Sticks. I enjoyed the loaded tots and “the sticks.” But it was bar food at the end of the day (which is the point).
But I think the Quinoa Salad is a pretty good salad and it is something I would order again (and again).
