Have you ever been to M&M Bierock located at 2065 E. Central Ave. in Wichita, Kansas? Yeah. I thought you hadn’t.
This spot has been in business since 1974 and using the same recipes since then. I guess it’s an old dog. But in this case, I’m cool with not being able to teach this old dog new tricks.
I ordered up the regular bierock for $5.50 and the Ham & Cheese Bierock for $6.00. I really enjoyed both. I think the Ham & Cheese might have been my favorite. But it was a close call. Regardless, I thought the ratio of filling to bread was pretty good. Like Goldilocks, it was just right.
