The Kansas Gastronomist walked into Wichita Public Library’s Advanced Learning Library. He was on a mission that seemed impossible. To some. Not him.
Many people would have been stunned with the architecture, the location, the catalogue and the interior design. But not him. No. TKG didn’t give a crap. He was there for one thing and one thing only.
“Umm. Could I get your help?” TKG asked the lady standing at one of those desk stand-up things. “I’m looking for a book. It’s called “How To Lose a Brother-In-Law in 10 days.”
“We have been expecting you TKG.” the lady responded as a slight smile formed in the corner of her upper lip.
