How do I say this? I guess I just say it…straight up.
First, I really like Aaron, the owner of Tor Brewing in Wichita. I bet I have exchanged thirty words with him over the years. Not because of him or me. But the important thing is that I can tell he is a good human — compassionate, respectful, etc.
Second, he makes a damn good smash burger. It is true that you should not see “Tor Brewing” and think “smash burger.” But now you should. You should get there soon if you like smashburgers.
Third, I feel bad. Tor Brewing is located right next to INTRUST Bank Arena, which works out great during events (like when I went), but that also means not a lot of traffic goes by when there are no events.
So, my point? Put Tor Brewing at 222 S. Commerce St. in Wichita on your list of spots to check out to grab a great burger. And also grab a pint of Kombucha from Pivot Kombucha.
Or don’t. I don’t control your life.
