Recently your The Kansas Gastronomist stopped by both Pumphouse and Mort’s Martini Bar in Old Town Wichita.
These have to be the two most “iconic” bars in Wichita. I’m sure some folks would disagree with me. But if you talk to non-Wichita folks, these are the two bars they know. And all of them know these spots.
Since I enjoy cigars, I love Mort’s. But since I also love pizza and gasoline pumps, I love Pumphouse.
