PREVIOUSLY ON THURSDAYS HOUSE CHEFFING WITH TKG, The Officer had met with Fert The Foodie about “getting the band together” to protect The Kansas Gastronomist. Fert understood the assignment, though he understood it with tears of emotion for his friend.

Now to present day.

“This guy’s got more enemies than a bunny rabbit. I’m telling you! But I’m in!” Live Local shouted with exuberance, shaking the hand of Fert The Foodie whom sat across from him at some seedy spot in a seedy spot of town.

“Say, Fert. I know you really care about TKG and all. Did you see what he made the other day?” Live Local swiped to open his phone. “He house cheffed up some Garlicky Tomato Sausage Pasta with peas, Beef Pad Thai with peanuts and of course the Hot Honey Crispy Chicken and sweet Dijon brussel sprouts.”

Fert was so incredibly impressed not just with the dishes TKG had prepared, but also the fantastic photography. He had heard before about TKG’s uber, super famous, somewhat known Hot Honey Crispy Chicken, and it looked every bit as good as he’d heard.

“Alright, Live Local. Let’s go get him. Let’s get him good!!” FTF, which is short for Fert The Foodie, yelled from the seedy table he shared with Live Local. “Time is of the essence!!”
