Always a treat running into Uncle Ed’s Food Truck. It is based out of Elkhart, Kansas, but travels throughout God’s Country, a/k/a Southwest Kansas.
I went super generic this time and just ordered a cheeseburger with fries and their cheese sauce. Tastes like that nacho cheese we all used to get when we would watch Babe Ruth hit home runs. By the way, I held the lettuce. I don’t mind eating lettuce, but I mind having lettuce on a burger. Why do people do that?
I know I’ll get a decent and solid meal whenever I see Uncle Ed’s. Thus I stop.
