I saw that the new market Desi Dhaba is now open over by Wichita State University just east of N. Oliver on E. 21st St. N.
I stopped by briefly in hopes that I could grab something to eat, but alas it was not my destiny during this visit. But the owner happened to be inside and I was able to talk with her briefly. By the way, she was super nice.
She told me for the time being, you can get some home cooked Indian food on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights starting around 6pm. I’ll definitely be back for that. And of course, you can see there is a ton going on in the market/grocery.
