The Cajun Style Biscuits and Gravy from Magnolia Cafe in Wichita, Kansas was something on my mind for quite awhile. I finally did it. It had amazing flavor.
It came with an etouffee rather than a traditional gravy…so perhaps the name should be changed to Biscuits and Etouffee? But that gravy/etouffee was incredible…the crawfish that came in the gravy was diced so it might be tough to see in the dish, but if you look for it, you’ll find.
Definitely order this. It’s one of the more flavorful dishes on Magnolia’s menu and in my opinion it’s “ahhhhhh so good.”
