When in Topeka, Kansas I am basically required to stop at The Little Russia Chili Parlor.
I was there for all of three minutes. That’s all the time I had…I had stuff to do. But I made the time to swing by and pick up some of my favorite chili in Kansas.
I don’t know why I am so obsessed with this spot…if it’s the ambiance in conjunction with the flavor of the chili. It’s in an old bodega in an older neighborhood (called “Little Russia”) of Top City. Top City is code for Topeka, by the way.
This spot is off the beaten path and it makes some of the best darn chili. I definitely recommend you check out The Little Russia Chili Parlor sometime.
