One of my new favorite Mexican “spots” in Wichita, Kansas is Tortilleria Los 3 Potrillos. It’s located at 318 W. 29th. St. N., which is around 4-blocks west of 29th and N. Broadway.
This spot obviously makes fresh tortillas every single day. And it’s a grocery spot as well.
But I went there in search of the breakfast burrito that had been recommended to me by multiple people over the last year or two. And as happenstance would have it (unbeknownst to me) I asked the owner what breakfast burrito I should get. She recommended the Ham and Egg (Huevo Con Jamon) Breakfast Burrito

Honestly I loved it. It was hot. It was fresh. It just was something that I will definitely get again and definitely recommend you put on your list. It was not a huge burrito (which is a plus for me, because my Gawd do we always have to eat a ton?). And the price was super reasonable.
Interestingly, the owner of this spot is a sibling to the owner of Tortilleria Los Portrillos in Garden City, Kansas, which according to my sources has some similarities in its offerings. That spot is also on my list.
