When I went to the Old Town Farm & Art Market in Old Town Wichita I stopped by a vendor that sold Pappardelle’s Pasta, which is based out of Colorado, but is all freshly made and seasoned pasta. The guy selling the pasta told me he’d been selling it for more than a decade I believe.
I picked up some Italian Pesto Blend pasta and some Lemon Pepper Linguine pasta. Really enjoyed both and glad that they have a spot to get it in Wichita, Kansas.
Took a few photos of the pasta cooked and sauced before entering my gullet. In case you care. I wouldn’t if I were you.
