One more reminder — this evening from 5pm-10pm is Final Friday at The Boathouse in Wichita, Kansas. Last month I stopped at Primos Food Truck and got the Birria Burrito. It was fantastic. Glad the gal running the front of the house (truck) suggested it.
Primos is one of the many food trucks parked at Final Friday. I think I counted around 25-30 trucks when I was last there.
