Gastrofans,
I went to Albero Bistro in Wichita, Kansas at K-96 & Greenwich and ordered up the Chianti Beef Ravioli.
I REALLY enjoyed it. I’m a huge sauce gastronomist and love me some sauce. Could drink this sauce for days and days.
The ravioli was a short beef ravioli with mushroom marcela wine tomato sauce. It was my first time trying and I was a huge fan. I have a photo zoomed in so you can what it’d look like if you stuck the ravioli one centimeter from your eyeball
