I don’t know if it is my favorite dish (could be), but I do know it’s in my top 10.
The Sicilian Lemon Pappardelle with Nduja at Albero Bistro in Wichita, Kansas is so good every single time. Pappardelle is the type of pasta. Nduja is a pork sausage common in Italy. I also added shrimp to this dish and it only made it better.
I love this restaurant and the owner — it’s no secret. I’ve been going there for years and I’m so glad there is this option in Wichita.
Albero Bistro is located just north of K-96 and Greenwich in the Greenwich Place area.
