I have enjoyed every single time I have been to Albero Bistro in Wichita, Kansas. It is located at Greenwich Place, which is right at K-96 and Greenwich on the far west side of Wichita.
I ordered the Drunken Salmon & Shrimp, which has salmon and shrimp with Penne pasta and tossed in a Vodka sauce, with parmesan cheese and basil. I also ordered the Hatch Cheese Ravioli, which came with a hatch pepper ricotta cheese, mozzarella and four deep fried ravioli.
For dessert I ordered the Caprese Sandwich.
The owner of the restaurant, I forget his name, is such a fun guy to talk with.
