Some of you may have seen the news. But for those that haven’t, Argentina’s Empanadas in Wichita, Kansas is getting a brick and mortar and it will be in Clifton Square in College Hill.
I have been going to Argentina’s Empanadas from the beginning. Before it was “cool.” Before they went far on the Food Network’s Food Truck Race. And frankly before many of you knew who TKG was.
I’m really excited for this new adventure. So, once they open make sure to swing by and get an empanada.
On my last visit to them I got the French Dip empanada which came with an au jus — it tasted like…well a French Dip empanada. I love that they are always creating new empanadas. And I also got one of their staples — the Sloppy Jose. It’s so good and sloppy, Joe can’t handle it.
Be on the lookout when they open.
