BEN’S BIG BOWL in Wichita,Kansas needs to get rid of the Sriracha, Hoisin Sauce and Knorr Liquid Seasoning. Having those at the table provides zero benefit.
Why?
Because the broth in their soups is phenomenal. They do the whole 24-hour bone broth thing. And you can tell. The aforementioned sauces are completely unnecessary.
During my visit I ordered the Spicy Beef Noodles. It came with pork pepper roll, shank steak, rare steak, brisket, tendon and crab meatball, with rice noodles. It was absurdly fantastic.
