It’s been several years since l’d been to Blue Skye Brewery and Eats in Salina, Kansas. Finally made it the other day for brunch.
Let me tell you something important. I ordered the Pork Chili Verde bowl. It was fine. Honestly, nothing special. But as an afterthought I ordered the Earlybird Brizza (pizza) as well.
Now that was incredible. I bring this up because the restaurant was absolutely packed and I don’t think I saw one damn table with a breakfast pizza other than mine (that | ordered). And I walked around and paid attention.
I guess peeps are cool with missing out and or don’t know what to order from this spot. That pizza was seriously excellent. Folks at my table were quite impressed as well.
