Gift card expires. You never used it. What do you think a place should do?
I had a “Bradley Fair Gift Card” in Wichita,Kansas (which you can use for any of the shops/restaurants there) for a NOT unsubstantial amount. And I was derelict in my duty to use it. To the point it had expired 9-months ago.
Once I realized it, I called up Bradley Fair to see if they would be willing to give a new gift card.
No questions asked — Jessica said “absolutely.”
That’s some damn good customer service. And in my opinion, good business.
Kudos to Bradley Fair and Jessica.
