All you Gastrofreaks know I love a good breakfast burrito. And I had seen Jackstacks.Eats post about Breakfast with La Pasadita in Haysville at 418 W. Grand.
So, I went and ordered the Bacon Breakfast Burrito, with added sausage. With a side of queso. Holy cow. I really enjoyed this burrito. And throw those salsas in? So dang good. I agree. This burrito would definitely be one of the top breakfast burritos. Kind of reminds me of the breakfast burritos that the old Paranormal Eggsperience food truck used to bestow on the people of Wichita.
It does not hurt that this restaurant is owned and ran by the nicest lady. She is actually Salvadoran and is from Chicago. She moved to Haysville in 2016 to open this spot and I love that.
