I’m just gonna call it. If there is a chain gas station food item that I could eat wherever and whenever, it has to be the Loaded Breakfast Burrito from Casey’s General Store. It’s so dang good and better than all the other chain gas stations out there by 10,000% or so. I think for me it is the hashbrown and the queso in it.
If I were going to open up “The Kansas Gastronomist Breakfast Burritos,” I’d probably just buy like a hundred of them and then put my logo on them and sell them. Because they are just about as perfect as it gets.
