Many people have called me a Meatball aficionado. I don’t know if I was just born knowing what a good ball of meat in sauce is, or it’s something I’ve learned over the years.
Maybe it is just the shape of this dish that causes me to be an expert.
Regardless…here’s the thing you don’t know. Chester’s & Wine Bar in Wichita,Kansas at The Waterfront, Wichita has some amazing meatballs swimming in marinara. I’m not sure whether they are my favorite in ICT, but if they are not, they are very close. Those are some thick meatballs. It’s like a full meal even though it is on the appetizer menu.
If you are a meatball fan, this is something you should try like I did just the other day.
