I was craving some hot and spicy chicken and decided to swing by Chuck’s Hot Chicken – Wichita. It’s located at 2625 W. Pawnee St. in Wichita, Kansas.
I decided to level up to spice Level 1 because I’m your The Kansas Gastronomist and know DA HEAT.
Notwithstanding some weirdo staring at me, I had a great visit and great meal. I ordered the 3 piece chicken tenders and homestyle green beans. Tenders were fantastic and fresh and loved my beans.
