When I was younger I really liked Doc Green’s Gourmet Salads.
I love the fact that they have a lot of healthy options.
But honestly, after documenting each and every meal I’ve had for years, and now going back to Doc Green’s — I was really disappointed.
I went to the Wichita,Kansas location over at The Waterfront, Wichita which is on the southwest corner of 13th St. & Webb Rd. on the west side of town.
I’ve been eating more salads lately, and at least this salad didn’t do it for me. I didn’t think the barbecue sauce was any good — it tasted like BBQ you’d get from McDonalds. Chicken was fine. I did think the guac was good. The Ranchero Chicken Wrap was alright, but not anything I’d go out of my way for.
