I don’t know if I’m a salsa connoisseur. But I do know more about salsa than anyone.
Naturally when I was in Garden City, Kansas recently I had to swing by and pick up some salsa from El Zarape of Garden City. I definitely would put their salsa in some of my top faves. Since I couldn’t decide on what salsa to get I just went with all of them — Mild, Medium, Hot and Salsa Verde. I’m currently working my way through the Medium. I wouldn’t say that their salsa is the hottest you’ll ever have. In fact it’s not. But it really has this good flavor. I could definitely put it in a glass and drink it on a hot summer afternoon.

P.S. El Zarape distributes their salsa and I’ve seen some in Dillons stores in various cities, including in Wichita.
