Located in Clifton Square in Wichita, Kansas, Flight 1868 opened up yesterday.
Yours truly and Fert The Foodie were able to check it out. As happenstance would happen to have it…Lets.Eat.ICT was already there so we had him join our table.
The place is pretty neat. It’s got a theme — everything has to have a theme — and the theme is obvious in the name. “Now boarding Flight 1868 to Dallas.” That’s where Debbie lives.
Anyway, I ordered an Old Fashioned and really liked it. I’ve decided that I’m gonna start an unofficial Old Fashioned tour of ICT. I would probably put this one at #2 on the list in my head that I will not at this time disclose.
Anyway, check this spot out. Or don’t. Nobody listens to me anyway. So whatever.
