I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. Grimaldi’s in Wichita, Kansas is probably in my top five pizza spots in Wichita. It’s located at 13th & Webb
It is participating in Kansas Food Bank’s ICT Restaurant Week this week going on now through Saturday, September 28th. If you go to the restaurant and scan the QR code at each table, you can donate directly to the Kansas Food Bank and Grimaldi’s will give you a gift card back matching your donation (in increments of $5) up to $25. So, if you donate $10 to the Kansas Food Bank, you’ll get a $10 gift card for your next visit.
During my visit I ordered the Brooklyn Bridge Pizza which comes with ricotta cheese, sausage and the peppers. I was joined by a Gastrofan that I had wanted to meet because of her knowledge in a particular field I am interested in. So we had a great lunch.
Make sure to participate in this awesome opportunity to eat at a spot you have not been to and/or support a restaurant that cares about feeding the hungry.
