I really enjoyed the brunch at Hemma Hemma in the Waldo District of Waldo, Kansas City.
I went with the Smothered Burrito and the BEC (Bacon, Egg, Cheddar) Sandwich. The sandwich was definitely my favorite. The egg on the sandwich was a steamed egg. The burrito was only alright. Definitely a nice presentation, but the chorizo didn’t have much flavor.
When you go there you stand in line like cafeteria style. Food is ready quick, as it’s a limited menu (check out the menu in the photos).
Definitely recommend. Great spot. Doug and Doug’s wife (my sister) got several other dishes including the casserole and B&G and really enjoyed.
