Every Christmas Eve (that is our big meal), we have an Italian Christmas dinner.

Prime Rib, Wedding Soup, Gnocchis with Red Sauce, Chicken and Red Sauce and Artichokes (we did two — one with cheese this year). And then also some Mashed Potatoes and we added Brussels Sprouts for the first time with a bacon in it that was quite good.

This was all paired with a Cabernet Sauvignon, which of the U.S. based wines, is probably my favorite.

I was talking with someone just yesterday that told me that their tradition for Christmas is to make seafood. I love the unique food traditions that some families have for the holiday.
