What I love about the Hot Potato Bar in Town East Mall in Wichita, Kansas is how they put the potato together. Once the potato is baked and ready to go, they slice it open and make the inside into essentially “mashed potatoes” mashing and mashing and mashing away. Then they go to town on the potato crafting a stinkin’ work of art.
I really liked this spot. Highly recommend. If you like loaded baked potatoes and you have not been here — you definitely need to put it on your list.
