It’s Saturday morning, so I figured I’d remind you that the hours at Japan Express — one of my favorite Japanese restaurants in Wichita,Kansas — are Monday- Friday from 11am-7:30pm.
So you can’t get it today, which is totally fine with me. Because I already got my fix.
In the photos you’ll see a few of my favs — the Brown Egg, Chicken Teriyaki (something unique about this spot is the option for white chicken rather than brown). And pan fried gyoza. I also grabbed a chicken leg

I have personally turned many people onto this place over the years. And that’s not to say I was not turned onto this place by someone else. Truthfully, I am sure that Wichita By E.B. is probably who turned me onto this spot years ago. But my point is that everyone I personally know that I convinced to try it, is obsessed. Seriously. So, if you’ve never been, go. Just not this weekend. Monday-Friday from 11am-7:30pm.
