There is a cool spot in Garden City, Kansas called Roots Juice Co. & Wellness Studio on Main Street. I was able to swing by during a recess in my criminal trial and let me tell you…I REALLY liked what I got.
I picked up the “24K” cold pressed juice, which is supposed to be for immunity and metabolism. It had carrot, orange, pineapple, ginger and jalapeno in it. I also ordered one of their wellness shots. I love those ginger shots.
I want to thank Alicia Gian-Maciulis, the owner, for messaging me and putting this spot on my radar. I didn’t actually meet her. But she told me that they have been in business for 8 years. So…congrats and here’s to another 8 years.
