When you Gastrofans asked me to be your The Kansas Gastronomist, I had no idea what that would entail.
It’s so much work. Sometimes I have to eat a ton of pizza. Like this time that I went to Knolla’s Pizza (Knolla’s Pizza) and had to order three small pizzas.
I ordered a small Cheese pizza, a small The Works pizza and a small Cheeseburger pizza. None of you fools know what it’s like.
What did I think? I think Knollas has good pizza. I like Knollas. Is it in my top 3? Probably not. Is it in my top 5? I’m pretty sure it is. The pizza is always consistent and if you like the pizza, you’ll appreciate that what you see on my photos is what you get. I particularly liked The Works and the Cheeseburger Pizza.
