Some time ago you might recall me posting about an arm/wrist surgery of some kind.
Well, less than 24-hours before I broke my arm/wrist, I was in Liberal, Kansas at the Liberal Country Club playing some golf. Haven’t been able to do that since!
But here’s the point. I was really impressed with both the course, the clubhouse and the food. I tried several appetizers that were ordered for our table. I think the bacon wrapped jalapeño poppers were my favorite. But everything I tried was worth getting.
