I swung by Lina’s mexican restaurant located at 4910 E. Central Ave. in Wichita, Kansas and picked up the Bacon Breakfast Burrito. I added potato to it. The burrito was $8.99 and plenty large to either stuff me or give me seconds.
I thought I got my money’s worth. It was a pretty good breakfast burrito. I wouldn’t say it was the best I’ve ever had — no. They should figure out a way to melt the cheese more.
But I would go to Lina’s over many spots that seem to get (unworthy) attention. One of my pet peeves about breakfast burritos is when they are dry. This burrito was not. And adding the queso or salsa really made it even better. Of course everything is better with queso.
