When Sensai Frank Inzentz and I swung by Central Standard Brewing in Wichita, Kansas to check out some of the pop-ups, we went ahead and grabbed some taquitos from Mamacita’s Taquitos. We split one of each — the pork, the potato and the ricotta.
I’m serious when I say that we managed to eat ALL three. Baam baby. And they were dang good.
We also got some chips and salsa. The salsa was great — a creamy garlic jalapeno sauce.
