MATCH 1 OF TKG’s ARTICHOKE SANDWICH BAR TOURNAMENT
To celebrate the opening of the second location of The Artichoke Sandwichbar (Artichoke Sandwichbar East) located at 29th St. and Rock Rd., I’ve decided to do something I’ve never done in such a formal format.
I’ve created a bracket and I am going to try every sandwich at The Artichoke OTHER THAN the Peanut Butter & Jelly, the Grilled Cheese and the Vegetarian.
Match 1 is the Corned Beef v. Twisted Seester. Both were very good, but the Twisted Seester edges out the Corned Beef because of the complexity and flavor from the cream cheese. I can only pick one winner.
The next round will be The Knockout! v. The Turkey. Check out my bracket if you care.
